There is no official worst cheap bourbon. “Worst” and “cheap” are not TTB classes. Cheap is a sticker. Harsh is young-or-hot bar English. Bourbon has to be ≥51% corn, new charred oak, ≥80 proof. Typical US lots sit at 40% 100 proof is not bottled-in-bond by itself. No 2026 ranking, no invented street list, and no worst crown.
