There is no official best rum for a Dark ’n Stormy. Dark ’n Stormy is a Gosling Brothers trademark for rum and ginger beer. Other dark rums mix with ginger beer; they do not take that name. US rum is a US type.147 at 40% or more. Trade tiles often print Gosling’s Black Seal at 40%, official page unused. A 1.5-ounce pour at 40% is one drink.
