Jose Cuervo Especial is not 100% agave. Official Cuervo facts: Especial is 51% blue weber and 49% other sugars; Tradicional is 100% blue weber. Mixto tequila may use as little as 51% agave under NOM-006. The house NOM is 1122. Typical US 40% Casamigos is 1609 / 1416, not 1122. A 1.5-ounce pour at 40% is one NIAAA drink.
