Sometimes — potatoes are allowed, not required. US vodka has to be neutral spirits distilled from any suitable material at 95% or more, bottled at 40% or more. Potatoes are allowed. They are not required. Official Tito’s is corn / 40% / 80 proof / 98 cal per 1.5 oz. Other potato SKUs unused as a ranking. A 1.5-ounce 40% pour is one drink.
