An Old Fashioned is not a TTB class. The current IBA card prints 45 ml bourbon or rye whiskey, one sugar cube, a few dashes of Angostura bitters, and a few dashes of water, built in the glass. Taste talk is whiskey, sugar, and bitters — bar English. Typical US whiskey is 40% One IBA build at 40% is one NIAAA drink before melt.
