There is no official best sweet whiskey. Sweet is not a TTB class. Wheated bourbon is a recipe. Flavored specialties may sit under 40%. Crown Royal Vanilla prints 35% Alc/Vol. Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey is a whiskey specialty at 35% / 70 on the Brown-Forman US sheet. A 1.5-ounce pour at 35% is 0.88 drinks.
