There is no official best Skrewball recipe. Skrewball is whiskey with natural flavors — not a separate TTB type. Legal line this project: 35% ABV / 70 proof. Official shop Cloudflare-blocked Cola, chocolate, and cream mixers are 0% unless the other neck says otherwise. A 1.5-ounce 35% pour is 0.88 drinks.
