“Texas bourbon” is origin language, not a TTB class. The bottle still has to meet mash at least 51% corn, new charred oak, bottled at ≥80 proof. Garrison Brothers Small Batch prints 94 proof (47% ABV) on garrisonbros.com. A 1.5-ounce pour at 47% is 1.18 NIAAA drinks. Other Texas SKUs — Balcones, Ironroot, and the rest — read those necks. We will not invent a 2026 ranking or MSRP. Craft is not a TTB class.
