Oklahoma grocery and convenience retail-beer licensees may sell beer from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. the next day, seven days a week — including Sunday and election day (37A O.S. § 6-108). Full-strength beer after SQ 792 (Oct. 2018). Sunday noon–midnight is the package-store local option (§ 6-103), not a c-store clock. Spirits stay in package stores: 8:00 a.m.–midnight Monday–Saturday, closed Thanksgiving and Christmas. Age 21.
A 2:05 a.m. QuikTrip is not selling beer. A Sunday liquor store in a county that never passed the local option is closed; the grocery beer door is not. No 77-county spirits-Sunday roster here — it moves after elections. Neighboring: Texas beer hours, Missouri.

SQ 792 put strong beer and wine in grocery; it did not put vodka there. On-premise mixed-beverage Sunday rules are still county-level. Gas-station beer follows § 6-108gas stations.
