There is no official Grand Marnier substitute. Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge official US footer prints 40% alc./vol. (80 proof): cognac plus orange liqueur and sugar. Cointreau official is 40% and is a different bottle. Cognac is a US type.145 / BNIC; this SKU is a liqueur under 5.150. A 1.5-ounce pour at 40% is one drink.
