Shandy and radler are beer-plus-lemonade serve talk, not TTB classes. Both start as malt beverage plus a soda or juice mixer. Typical lager ~5%; a 50/50 pour is not automatically 2.5%. Low-alcohol malt under 2.5% is 7.65 talk. Under 0.5% cannot say beer (7.145). No official better name and no ranking.
