Stoli (historically Stolichnaya) is a wheat-and-rye vodka. The export brand is produced at Latvijas Balzams in Latvia for Stoli Group. US bottles are typically 40% ABV / 80 proof — one 1.5-ounce pour is one NIAAA standard drink. SPI/Stoli and Russia’s FKP have fought over the name for years. The January 2026 Chapter 7 of Stoli Group USA is a US-entity filing, not a global plant shutdown.

A 750 mL 40% bottle is about 17 standard drinks; a 1.75 L is about 39.5. Four 1.5-ounce pours are four drinks. NIAAA binge pattern is a health line, not a target. Flavored Stoli SKUs can sit below 40% — read that neck. Pour math: vodka drinks.
