Updated July 2026
Plantation 3 Stars is a white rum blend of Barbados, Jamaica, and Trinidad, bottled at 41.2% ABV on the 2024 catalog row. The catalog country field said Barbados; that is one island of three. The house now trades as Planteray (2024 rename). Same family of bottles; read the front label. Hub: rum.

What the bottle actually is
Three islands, three jobs in the house story: Barbados for balance, Trinidad for finesse, Jamaica for structure. It is a blending thesis, not a single-distillery bottling. 41.2% is a real, slightly-off-40 number — do not round it to 40 in your head when you do drink math. A 1.5-ounce pour is about 1.03 standard drinks.
We did not fetch a 2026 Planteray tile (age-gate / rename). Treat 41.2% as the catalog figure and read the neck. Daiquiri use is the point of a white blend this clean.
Lab notes
Nose: brown sugar, honey, coffee bean, then vanilla and clove after air. Palate: biscuity entry, bittersweet, light body; mid-palate goes dark chocolate, root beer, egg-cream. Finish: fast, grassy, herbal — “serious white rum” in the house’s words, which we will translate as: not a coconut suntan lotion. Rewritten from a long N/P/F that was already specific enough to keep.
