Kirkland Tequila Silver is a Costco blanco, not a clone of another brand. “Comparable” here means the same CRT class: unaged or briefly rested 100% agave tequila if that is what the label prints. Current documented Kirkland production is NOM 1173; older lots 1142/1472, read the four digits. Typical US 40% ABV is one NIAAA drink per 1.5 ounces. It is not Casamigos (NOM 1609 / hist. 1416) and not 818 (1607).
