“High-end bourbon” is store English, not a TTB class. If it is bourbon, it still follows Price, allocation, and a second cask do not change the drink math. A 1.5-ounce pour is one NIAAA drink at 40% and 1.16 at 46.5%. Weller, Van Winkle, and Blanton’s are allocated — we will not invent a 2026 MSRP or street price. This is not a 2022 top-15 tasting.
