These are two Kentucky straight bourbons from the Beam Suntory family. They are not the same bottle. Bulleit Bourbon’s US page prints 45% Alc/Vol (90 proof) and “especially high rye” without a TTB mash percentage. Knob Creek’s site prints the 9 Year Old bourbon at Proof 100. A 1.5-ounce pour is 1.13 drinks at 45% and 1.25 at 50%. This is not a 2022 winner.

A 750 mL 50% bottle is about 21 drinks. Four Knob Creek pours are five drinks. NIAAA binge pattern is a health line, not a target. Pour math: whiskey drinks.
