Bourbon is one TTB type, not a family of unofficial trophies. requires a mash of at least 51% corn, distillation at or under 160 proof, new charred oak at or under 125, and a 40% bottle. Straight needs at least two years and no added color or flavor. Wheated, high-rye, single barrel, and small batch are recipe or SKU talk. 100 proof is not bottled-in-bond by itself.
