Ginger beer taste is not a TTB class. Mixer ginger beers are usually non-alcoholic — Fever-Tree’s US page prints “non-alcoholic Ginger Beer.” Alcoholic ginger beer exists as a separate beer SKU Dark ’n Stormy® is a Goslings trademark for rum and ginger beer. Count the rum, not the mixer, unless the can prints ABV.
