No reliable public source names the Italian winery behind Kirkland Prosecco. Costco sells more than one SKU (DOC, Asolo DOCG, Valdobbiadene DOCG, Rosé). Back labels name the appellation and the US importer — often MISA on Asolo; Ethica / F&F appeared on one Valdobbiadene lot. An importer is not the winery. Do not invent a house.
Prosecco ABV is on the label (often ~11%). A NIAAA standard drink is 5 ounces of ~12% wine — do the math from the actual %. See Kirkland Champagne, sparkling ABV, and mimosas.

A 750 mL at 11% is about 4.6 standard drinks. Four 5-ounce pours are four drinks only if the wine is ~12%. NIAAA binge pattern is a health line, not a target. We will not invent a 2026 warehouse price. Hours are state law.
