Updated July 2026.
Avión is 100% agave tequila in the Pernod Ricard group (remaining stake bought January 2018). The Pernod brand page lists Silver, Reposado, and Añejo at 40% ABV. A 1.5-ounce pour is one NIAAA standard drink. Highlands / Jesús María is the house origin story. We will not reprint a 2021 price grid.
NOM 1416 appears in secondary write-ups. That number has also been used for other brands in trade copy — treat the digits on this bottle as primary. Related: tequila, Patrón, Casamigos NOM caution.
