There is no official best Prosecco for a mimosa. Prosecco is a protected name, not a 10-best list. A mimosa is orange juice plus sparkling wine — a serve, not a TTB class. Typical US sparkling lots sit near 11–12% Brut, extra dry, and dry are sweetness words, not quality ranks. Juice is 0%.
