“Under $100” is a sticker, not a TTB class. The bottle still has to meet and the 40% floor unless it is a flavored specialty. A 1.5-ounce pour at 40% is one NIAAA drink; at 50% it is 1.25. 100 proof is not bottled-in-bond unless Street tags move. Allocated names are not priced here. We will not invent a 20-bottle ranking or MSRP.
