There is no official best bourbon cocktail list. Bourbon is a US type. The current IBA Old Fashioned card prints 45 ml bourbon or rye, sugar, Angostura, and water. Other IBA cards unused as a ranking. Typical US bourbon is 40% One 45 ml 40% build is one drink before melt. 100 proof is not bottled-in-bond by itself. No 2026 list.
