A White Russian adds cream. That is not a TTB class fight. Both builds use vodka and coffee liqueur. US Kahlúa Original is 20% (Ohio 21.5%; other-market 16% — say the market). Typical US vodka is 40% Current IBA cards unused for these two names this rewrite.
