There is no official -month clock for hard seltzer. brand / opened-can days Read the printed best-by and keep the can cold and closed. Typical core lots sit near 5% Sugar-base and malt-base are different classes. An opened can is talk, not a TTB spec. Under 0.5% cannot say beer.
