These are two blended Scotches from the same house at the same US proof. The US Black Label and Blue Label pages both print 40% ABV. A 1.5-ounce pour is one NIAAA drink. Black Label is a 12-year blended Scotch. Blue Label is a no-age-statement blend; the page says only one in 10,000 casks is selected. This is not a 2022 winner and not a 2026 MSRP list. Other-market 43% lots exist — read the neck.
