Rémy Martin is Cognac — French brandy from the Cognac AOC — not whiskey. Core US V.S.O.P is labeled 40% ABV on the brand’s US page. A 1.5-ounce pour is one NIAAA standard drink. Rémy’s Fine Champagne line uses only Grande and Petite Champagne eaux-de-vie (at least 50% Grande Champagne). That is a BNIC cru rule, not a flavor adjective. We will not reprint a 2021 price grid.
V.S / V.S.O.P / X.O are age bands (youngest eau-de-vie ≥2 / ≥4 / ≥10 years under current XO). 1738 Accord Royal and XO are other shelves. Read the neck. See Hennessy and brandy.

Cognac: specified grapes, double pot still, oak, delimited region, BNIC. US labels still need TTB percent alcohol. A 375 mL is half the fifth; 1.75 L about 39.5 1.5-ounce pours at 40%. Four V.S.O.P pours are four drinks. Storage: opened cognac oxidizes. Drink count: same 40% math as other cognac.
