Riesling sweetness is residual sugar if the label prints it — not a TTB scale. German Prädikat words are harvest / must-weight talk. Kabinett or Spätlese does not lock a sugar number. Trocken can sit on a higher Prädikat. Typical US table lots sit near 12% Optional IRF taste scales are not TTB. Official brand grams unused as a chart.
