Sauza is a Casa Sauza tequila line from the town of Tequila, Jalisco, now under Suntory Global Spirits. Hornitos is the 100% agave sister brand from the same house. Grocery Sauza Silver and Gold are widely sold as mixto (at least 51% Blue Weber agave). That is legal CRT tequila if labeled — it is not 100% agave unless the bottle says so. US necks typically print 40% ABV. A 1.5-ounce 40% pour is one NIAAA standard drink.
The four-digit NOM on the back is the producer (trade lists 1102 / La Perseverancia — confirm the bottle). Tres Generaciones and some Sauza Blue SKUs are separate 100% lines. Related: Hornitos, tequila types, Jose Cuervo.

A 750 mL 40% bottle is about 17 drinks. Four pours are four drinks. NIAAA binge pattern is a health line, not a target. Gold color can be caramel on a joven/mixto — not automatically reposado. No 2026 MSRP. Pour math: tequila drinks.
