There is no official best sweet red wine. Sweet is residual-sugar talk, not a TTB red type. US table wine is 27 CFR Part 4. Typical lots sit near 12% Fortified red and dessert-wine lots (higher alcohol band) are different bottles. 4.34 extra-sweet language is a solids trigger, not a crown. Grape plus residual sugar, if labeled, decide the glass.
