Wine taste is grape and process talk, not a TTB spirit class. US wine types sit in 27 CFR Part 4. Red, white, and sweet are color or residual-sugar English. Typical table-wine examples sit near 12% Fortified lots (port, sherry, vermouth) sit higher. A 5-ounce pour at 12% is one NIAAA drink. Official brand lists unused as a crown.
