“Poor man’s Pappy” is bar slang, not a TTB class, not a brand, and not a published mash-bill card. People usually mean another wheated Buffalo Trace family bottle when they cannot find Van Winkle. Official Weller and Van Winkle pages do not print grain percentages. We will not invent a blend recipe or a street price.
