New Mexico package (off-premise) alcohol sales run 7:00 a.m. to midnight statewide under NMSA 1978 § 60-7A-1(B). There is no statewide 2:00 a.m. package clock and no Sunday or Christmas ban — those restrictions were lifted 1 July 2021. On-premise bars may sell, serve, and allow consumption 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. Restaurant licenses stop at 11:00 p.m. or when food service stops, whichever is earlier. Age 21.
McKinley County local-option districts (including Gallup) may ban package sales between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. (§ 60-7A-1(C)). That is the only statewide carve-out ABC names. A lit convenience store at 12:10 a.m. is not permission. Gas stations follow the licensegas stations.
