“Kirkland whiskey” is not one distillery. Costco contracts different producers for bourbon, Tennessee whiskey, Canadian, Irish, and Scotch. The back label is the source. Grey Goose’s “we don’t make Kirkland vodka” rule applies here too: a famous brand rumor is not a COLA.

Scotch sold as Scotch must be distilled and aged in Scotland under UK Scotch rules and labeled for TTB. Irish whiskey has its own three-year cask floor. Canadian whisky is a different standard. Do not copy the bourbon Barton sentence onto the green Canadian bottle. ABV is on the neck — most house whiskies are 40–46%. A 1.75 L 40% handle is about 39.5 US 1.5-ounce shots. We will not invent warehouse prices.
