What the bottle actually is
The house still talks roller-mill plus tahona. That process story does not change the 40% or the NOM. A 1.5-ounce pour is one standard drink. For the rest of the line see best Patrón and Patrón vs Don Julio. Mixes: what to mix.
Lab notes
Nose: fruit and citrus — more orange-peel and cooked-agave than pine, obviously, but the citrus is the first thing the house wants you to notice. Palate: sweet, smooth, fresh agave with a baked-agave undertone the brand calls a core note across the line. Finish: light pepper. Rewritten from the Silver brief; we dropped “world’s first ultra-premium.”
Frozen shots hide the citrus. A thin margarita will not. Four pours are four drinks. Related: Patrón Reposado · Casamigos vs Patrón.
