There is no official “best amaretto.” Amaretto is an almond-style liqueur. It is not whiskey and not a TTB whiskey class. Disaronno Originale — the grocery default — is commonly 28% ABV (56 proof) on US labels; the brand homepage has omitted ABV in prior fetches, read the neck. A 1.5-ounce pour at 28% is 0.70 NIAAA drinks. Other houses print 21–28%. We will not invent a 2026 ranking or MSRP.

A 750 mL 28% bottle is about 12 drinks. Four Disaronno pours are about 2.8 drinks. Some markets print 20% Disaronno — the neck wins. Pour math: drink math.
