Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey prints as a whiskey specialty at 35% Alc. by Vol. (70 proof) on Brown-Forman’s current US product-info sheet — not bourbon. Wild Turkey’s American Honey page prints 71 proof, blended with real honey. A 1.5-ounce pour at 35% is 0.88 NIAAA drinks; at 35.5% it is 0.89. Other honey SKUs — read those necks.
