A mash bill is a grain recipe, not a TTB class. Buffalo Trace Distillery names Mash Bill #1 and Mash Bill #2 on brand pages without printing the corn/rye/barley split. Weller is the wheated line — official pages say wheated, not a percentage. Allocated bottles (Weller, Pappy, Blanton’s) get no street price here. Bourbon still has to meet A 1.5-ounce pour at 45% is 1.13 NIAAA drinks. No invented chart and no ranking.
