Jameson is blended Irish whiskey — pot still plus grain, triple-distilled at Midleton (Irish Distillers / Pernod Ricard), aged at least three years in Ireland. The green-bottle Original is 40% ABV / 80 proof on the brand nutrition page. A 1.5-ounce pour is one NIAAA standard drink. Proof detail: what proof is Jameson.
We will not reprint a 2021 price grid. Street 750 mL Original tags move by state. Black Barrel, Crested, and most core aged SKUs also print 40%. Distiller’s Batch is 46% (US 2026). Bow Street 18 is 55.3%. Flavored Orange/Cold Brew launched at 30%. Read the neck.

A 1.75 L Original is about 39.5 standard drinks. Four Original pours are four drinks. NIAAA binge pattern is a health line, not a target. “Smooth” is not a proof classsmoothest whiskey. Pour math: whiskey drinks.
