Updated July 2026.
Bulleit taste is not a TTB class. The official US page prints Bulleit Bourbon as Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey at 45% Alc/Vol. Bourbon is ≥51% corn. “High rye” is recipe talk, not a legal type. Mash percentages were unused. A 1.5-ounce pour at 45% is about 1.13 NIAAA drinks.
