There is no official oldest whiskey. The word can mean the oldest licensed distillery, the oldest surviving vintage bottle, or the oldest continuously sold brand. Bushmills prints a 1608 license claim for the Old Bushmills Distillery. Old Forester has been sold as bourbon since 1870. Auction lots such as Blair Castle (claimed 1833 cask) are provenance cases, not a TTB class. A 1.5-ounce pour at 40% is one NIAAA drink. No crown or ranking.

A 750 mL 40% bottle is about 17 drinks. Four pours are four drinks. Pour math: whiskey drinks.
