There is no official best mixer for spiced rum. US rum is a US type.147, bottled at 40% or more. “Spiced” is flavor talk, not a separate TTB type. Typical US bottles print 40%. A 1.5-ounce pour at 40% is one NIAAA drink, whatever soda or juice is in the glass. No ranking or invented 2026 recipe crown.
