There is no official best mixer for triple sec. Triple sec is flavor English under The current IBA Margarita card uses 20 ml of it with 50 ml tequila and 15 ml lime. Cointreau official is 40%. Typical US tequila is 40%. Mixer talk is not a legal type. A 1.5-ounce pour at 40% is one drink.
