There is no official two-ingredient rum ranking. Captain Morgan Original Spiced official this project: 35% Alc/Vol — not the 40% rum type. Official Malibu Original: 21% ABV. Cola, ginger beer, and pineapple juice are 0%. A 1.5-ounce 35% pour is about 0.88 drinks; at 40% it is one; at 21% it is about 0.53. Flavor and spice are not types.
